Almost 80 years ago, Charles Apap came to this country from Malta. His first job was that of a painter?s apprentice. Three generations later, the Apap family is still passionate about painting homes.
The key to our success is simple: we give the customers what they want. Our painting business has prospered as a result of our ability to deliver superior service, extra attention to detail and a dedicated staff.
Our employees undergo monthly in?house training in safety, customer service, faux finishing techniques, and are kept up?to?date on the latest painting trade innovations and materials.

As president and owner of the company, George Apap is the nucleus of our operation. He began working in the family business in 1988, and purchased it from his father in 2004. Since then he has used his experience and skill to direct the company. George is the chief painting project estimator, and customers will most often interact with him in the beginning stages of discussing and planning a project. His greatest gifts are in personal interactions: he excels in serving customers and motivating employees. George also displays skill in business management, and is active in Summit Services, a nationwide business coaching firm. George is also a devoted husband and happy father to three children.
Stephen Apap
Field Superintendent

Another key element in the company, Stephen also brings much skill and many years of experience to the family business. As "field super," or project manager, Stephen is the one responsible for monitoring quality and completion on all of our painting and other projects and jobsites. He is very pleasant and easy to talk to, and customers love him. This also is a great advantage in his other primary role of employee relations. Stephen is George?s younger brother, and got married just last summer.

With business experience going back to 1962, George Sr. brings us many years of wisdom and skill. As the former owner of the company, he has a long-standing relationship with many of our customers, and is a force of stability and source of much knowledge. He is a proud father and delighted grandfather.
Nicky Apap

Competently managing the marketing, accounting and office staff, Nicky is effectively the pulse of the business. She is highly skilled in organization, dispatching, estimating, scheduling, customer service and color consulting. Nicky also manages George Apap Inc?s sister company, HPM (Home & Property Maintenance). She and George Jr. are married and have three children.
Nicole West
Office Assistant
Versatile and capable, Nicole is the wizard whose magic keeps the Apap operations running smoothly. Answering phones, transcribing estimates, scheduling our HPM crews, and arranging appointments for George, Nicky, Steve and Bryan, we don?t know how she does it all with only two hands! Nicole?s cheerful smile and positive attitude add a great deal to our company. With a boyfriend serving our country in the Marines, and an adorable dog, Nicole takes great pleasure in hiking, fishing and dancing.
